About Us
Our founder, Woodrow W. "Willie" Britton complede Vale National and obtained his first adjusting license in 2000. Since then he has worked as a restoation contractor and received hands on detailed instruction from multiple body shops in the automotive repair process. He has handled several commercial large losses including a multi-million dollare apartment fire. He has also negotiated major bodily injury claims.
Willie is happily married to his high school sweetheart, Jodie Britton, together they have three beautiful children; a loving daughter and two rambunctious boys. Their family was faced with a life changing trail in 2009 Jodie was diagnosied with breat cancer. They got through it as a family and together realized just how precious life is. In the summer the family loves to go camping with friends in the windter they go sledding Chelan Washington.
Willie comes from a family of insurance adjusters. His father, Woody, worked as an independent adjuster out of Wenatchee Washington for many years prior to raising his three children and becoming a full time catastrophe adjuster. His mother, Shari, also has over fourteen years experience as a catastrophe adjuster, and has also served on the board of National Association of Catastrophe Adjusters. His brother has worked as an independent adjuster in the past and is currently an esimator for a body shop in the Seattle area. His sister is an independent adjuster serving in the Phoenix Arizona area.
